The right to life

I believe there are certain circumstances one may consider abortion, like, health reason or if the child may have a bad birth defect. But under normal conditions I think abortion of healthy pregnancies should be prohibited because if you do not want babies you should practice abstinence or use a birth control option.
Simply aborting pregnancies is murder not a method of birth control. Their are several women who cannot bare children, and will be willing to adopt an unwanted child and above all, a baby does not ask to be born!

The right to basic education

Everyone child born on earth should be entitled to a basic education no matter where they live. Education should not only be a privilege to a few select people but available to all regardless of gender. Basic education is so important to our development and success that denying someone an education is like reprieving them of their right.

"The right to bare arms"

http://www.cnn.com/2013/06/08/us/arizona-man-shot

Recently in Arizona, a 4 year old child shot his father to death probably because the gun was a top.
Everyone U.S adult citizen have the constitutional right to bare arms, but individuals who decide to buy arms should do so responsibly. Often when a gun related violence or accident happens, we often blame the availability of the gun(s) and leave out the owners of the gun(s) involved.
Guns don't kill, people do; if a gun is not loaded with bullets and fired, nobody dies or get injured.
If we educate our family and friends about the uses and dangers of guns in our society, then there would be less accidental deaths.

The daily show with Jon Stewart

"Immigrant disease"
In the first clip from The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, “Immigrant Disease,” Jon Stewart and John Hoggman were hilarious throughout the whole show, while pointing out the non-facts about illegal immigrants. The first one is humor, John Hoggman claims to have written a book, title, “My Grandparents Were Slav Or Something,”Maybe Slovenia? John mentioned that the Author, Pat Buchanan wrote a book called, “State of Emergency,” In which he stated that illegal immigrants are bringing diseases that we thought were wipe out long ago, this is a Scare tactic. In one report it states that 7000 cases of leprosy in the last three years caused by illegal immigrants, this is again false authority and scare tactics. So, 60 minutes did a check and found out that the number 7000 was correct but the time frame was not. It was over 30 years and the reported cases did not indicate what the proportion of the infected were in relation to American citizens. The author of “Pearl Harbor,”Newt Gringrich and a few more writer are saying at least 30,000 illegal immigrants are involved in gangs, drug trafficking, child molestation, raping and drunk driving. This is Ad Hominem aryment.
"Patient bill of rights"
The comedy central show snippet from the second clip is hilarious too as Even and Steven square off on a debate on the current issue being debated in the United States Senate regarding a "patient's bill of rights". As the debate unfolded, the gentlemen should have been focused on how the "patient's bill of rights" will affect the normal American citizen. But as it turns out, the debate was distorted because instead of them arguing about the effects the bill will have on the citizens, they focused their debate on how there will be power shift from the bureaucracies (HMO) to the law firms; I believe this was fallacy because they are trying to make the average person believe something different from the actual truth.

The right to Live Freely

Every individual no matter the region of the world they live in, their sexual orientation, religion or race should have the rights to live freely. We must first start right here, in our backyard, the United States (U.S) and maybe we can become the model country for other countries; for this is a global wide issue.
Although, homosexual are treated better in the U.S than other countries, we still have a long ways to go in allocating them their full liberty to live their lives the way they choose. For example, The “Don't Ask, Don't Tell” policy that prevented gays, lesbians and bisexuals from openly serving in the military was effective from 1993 to 2011 when it was banned. Even though the ban is lifted, homosexuals are still discriminated against when they are open up about their sexual orientation. In spite of the fact that the U.S is taking tiny steps into the right direction, I feel one day we will get there. We only have nine states out of fifty that has legalize same-sex marriages which are Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, Maine, Maryland, Connecticut, Iowa, Washington, New Hampshire and Washington D.C while other states are still reluctant to even pass bills granting them the same right as heterosexual.
