The daily show with Jon Stewart

"Immigrant disease"
In the first clip from The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, “Immigrant Disease,” Jon Stewart and John Hoggman were hilarious throughout the whole show, while pointing out the non-facts about illegal immigrants. The first one is humor, John Hoggman claims to have written a book, title, “My Grandparents Were Slav Or Something,”Maybe Slovenia? John mentioned that the Author, Pat Buchanan wrote a book called, “State of Emergency,” In which he stated that illegal immigrants are bringing diseases that we thought were wipe out long ago, this is a Scare tactic. In one report it states that 7000 cases of leprosy in the last three years caused by illegal immigrants, this is again false authority and scare tactics. So, 60 minutes did a check and found out that the number 7000 was correct but the time frame was not. It was over 30 years and the reported cases did not indicate what the proportion of the infected were in relation to American citizens. The author of “Pearl Harbor,”Newt Gringrich and a few more writer are saying at least 30,000 illegal immigrants are involved in gangs, drug trafficking, child molestation, raping and drunk driving. This is Ad Hominem aryment.
"Patient bill of rights"
The comedy central show snippet from the second clip is hilarious too as Even and Steven square off on a debate on the current issue being debated in the United States Senate regarding a "patient's bill of rights". As the debate unfolded, the gentlemen should have been focused on how the "patient's bill of rights" will affect the normal American citizen. But as it turns out, the debate was distorted because instead of them arguing about the effects the bill will have on the citizens, they focused their debate on how there will be power shift from the bureaucracies (HMO) to the law firms; I believe this was fallacy because they are trying to make the average person believe something different from the actual truth.
