"The right to bare arms"

http://www.cnn.com/2013/06/08/us/arizona-man-shot

Recently in Arizona, a 4 year old child shot his father to death probably because the gun was a top.
Everyone U.S adult citizen have the constitutional right to bare arms, but individuals who decide to buy arms should do so responsibly. Often when a gun related violence or accident happens, we often blame the availability of the gun(s) and leave out the owners of the gun(s) involved.
Guns don't kill, people do; if a gun is not loaded with bullets and fired, nobody dies or get injured.
If we educate our family and friends about the uses and dangers of guns in our society, then there would be less accidental deaths.

  1. There are many stories that are heard in the US about children finding their parents gun and shooting them or someone else. Growing up I had two friends that were playing with guns and it went off and killed the other. Think about the pain the shooter felt after knowing that he shot his friend. People should know that guns are not toys and learn how to use them responsibly.
